The RISE Program (Restoring Individuals Safely and Effectively) is a jail-based competency restoration program established through a collaboration between the Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health, Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, and Wellpath Recovery Solutions. Wellpath was awarded the initial contract through a competitive procurement process in 2018.
