Simillar to Alpine and Harborview, Wellpath Recovery Solutions is committed to providing high quality, recovery-oriented services to individuals with mental illness. Wellpath Recovery Solutions was founded 25 years ago and currently serves ~3,000 patients daily at 21 locations throughout the United States. The combination of our organizations will provide additional support to Alpine and Harborview, allowing us to change more lives and continue the growth we have experienced over the past several years.

What does this
mean for you?
We have developed an integration plan designed to minimize any disruption of operations to smoothly combine the organizations. The majority of you will continue to perform your same day-to-day work with the same processes and tools. Your compensation, payroll schedule, and most benefits will remain unchanged. For changes that do occur, we will match existing benefits to comparable plans, within Wellpath Recovery Solutions. Additionally, new benefits will be available to team members as part of the transition to Wellpath Recovery Solutions. Rest assured, any changes in benefits, processes or systems will be rolled out in a thoughtful way and communicated in advance. Wellpath representatives, as well as the BHMS leadership team, will be available if you have any questions.
