Charlotte, NC – Wellpath Community Care Center joins with Mecklenburg community leaders to celebrate the opening of their new Charlotte, NC addiction treatment location with a grand opening ribbon cutting on Wednesday, August 17th at 2:30pm. The event will feature keynote speakers Sheriff McFadden, Councilman Malcolm Graham, Pastor Michael Landrum, and Michael Hooper the Regional Outreach Director at SMART Recovery. The new Wellpath Community Care Center is located at 2422 West Sugar Creek Road and is an easily accessible, innovative outpatient substance abuse treatment center dedicated to serving the members of the Mecklenburg community. Wellpath’s Charlotte Community Care Center offers evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and outpatient treatment programs for individuals struggling with opioids or other substances including alcohol, tobacco, methamphetamines, Fentanyl, cocaine, and other substances, all under one roof. Outpatient services are tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, combining medication, counseling, and lifestyle modification to create positive patient outcomes when treating chronic addiction and substance use disorders. Wellpath offers same-day admission and walk-in appointments. Tele-health services are also available.
