Charlotte, NC – This month, Wellpath Community Care Centers opened their Charlotte, NC location providing care options for addiction recovery.

Wellpath Community Care Center’s clinicians are making a difference in epidemic of addiction facing our nation and challenging so many of our communities. Our top priority is to promote the health of the Mecklenburg community and individuals who may be faced with addictive disorders, including opioids. The Charlotte center offers evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and outpatient treatment programs for individuals struggling with opioids or other substances including alcohol, tobacco, methamphetamines, Fentanyl, cocaine and other substances, all under one roof.
The Charlotte Center, located at 2422 W Sugar Creek Road, is an easily accessible, innovative outpatient substance abuse treatment center dedicated to serving the members of the Mecklenburg community. “We are proud to be another resource for our Mecklenburg County residents and partners to expand options for treatment. Our team of professionals is dedicated to interrupting the cycle of addiction.” Elda-Rosa Coulthrust, Program Director. Outpatient services are tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, combining medication, counseling, and lifestyle modification to create positive patient outcomes when treating chronic addiction and substance use disorders. Wellpath offers same-day admission and walk-in appointments. Tele-health services are also available. Wellpath is working with the local community to provide support for those afflicted with substance use disorders on their road to recovery.
