Wellpath Community Care Centers Opens Clinic in Roseville To Treat Opioid Use

Roseville, CA On August 18, Wellpath announced the grand opening of its first Community Care Center in Roseville, devoted to treating opioid use disorder.

“We are excited to bring our expertise to the Roseville area and expand local options for medication-assisted treatment of opioid use disorders,” said Dr. Neil Schamban, President. “Wellpath is devoted to combatting the opioid crisis, providing the highest level of care for our patients, and helping heal the communities that are impacted by this epidemic.”

Wellpath is a leading healthcare company transforming public health by delivering hope and healing to those who need it most. The Roseville center will provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and therapy to treat opioid use disorder. As part of the program, medical professionals will dispense and monitor FDA-approved medication to eliminate cravings and reduce symptoms of withdrawal while also providing therapeutic services to support the patient’s mental health. This combination is intended to reduce the risk of relapse and support lifelong sobriety.

The outpatient program will be tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances. Tele-health services will also be available for those who cannot make it to the clinic regularly, which is especially critical to continue servicing patients during COVID-19. Same day admission is available, Medi-Cal and certain private insurance will be accepted.
