- Cindy Watson will transition from COO of Local Government Healthcare to president of the division.
- Jeremy Barr has served as Executive Vice President of Recovery Solutions and will become the division president.
- Brad Dunbar was previously the Executive Vice President of the State and Federal Healthcare Division and will now lead it as president.
