Nashville,TN – Wellpath is excited to welcome Marc Goldstone as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Legal Department. Goldstone, who most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Prime Healthcare System, will oversee various aspects of the Legal operations of the organization, and work on facilitating strategically critical corporate initiatives and advise on merges and acquisitions.

Marc brings substantial General Counsel experience to his role at Wellpath. Prior to his role at Prime Healthcare System, which operates in 46 hospitals across 14 states, Marc served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Community Health Systems in Nashville for more than 12 years. “I’m pleased to join the Wellpath team and return to Nashville full time,” said Marc Goldstone, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Legal Department. “As a longtime member of the health law bar, and a former practicing paramedic, I’m excited by the chance to be part of Wellpath’s mission to deliver critically needed medical and behavioral health care to the most vulnerable populations.

Goldstone, who is firmly committed to serving the community, serves as a member of the Southern Region Board of Governors of the T.J. Martell Foundation, the music industry’s charity dedicated to fighting cancer; and serves as a member of the Shalom Foundation Board of Directors, which operates the Moore Center for Pediatric Surgery, the only American-style Pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center in Guatemala.
